Balder powered wheelchairs are designed to provide years of use under normal conditions. Nevertheless, as with any products, parts can wear out or get damaged. Therefore we have a team of dedicated Service Engineers who provide nationwide support. Our service team can be contacted on 01256 767181 from 9.00am to 5.00pm, five days a week.

Balder powered wheelchairs are supplied with a 2 year warranty on parts and labour. We do however require that a preventative maintenance service is carried out by a Balder UK approved engineer. Heavy users are recommended to have a preventative maintenance service every six months. In our experience, children are often considered to be heavy users.
